Portfolio Purchase Southend

We recently purchased a portfolio of 4x 2 bed tenanted houses within very tight time constraints, having to exchange within 24 hours and complete soon after.

Our status as a cash buyer with a proven and reliable track record meant the vendors favoured our offer. We were able to quickly agree a price which all parties were happy with.

At the point of purchase, all of the properties were tenanted and one was becoming vacant. We worked with the tenants to undertake necessary but substantial refurbishment works in a short time frame, in order to minimise disruption. The vacant property underwent a thorough refurbishment and was let immediately. The properties have been retained in the portfolio for the long term.
