Meet the Team
Callum Stevens – Director
Callum is an experienced investor having grown a substantial residential portfolio, first starting out in his hometown Southend-On-Sea. He is used to speaking at property events and has featured on Property Elevator on Property TV (Sky Channel 191) with John Howard (property developer and ex co-owner of Auction House UK). He is a committee member of SEAL (South East Alliance of Landlords, Agents and Residents), where he and the committee successfully lobbied Southend-On-Sea Borough Council to introduce a discount mechanism for the Selective Licensing scheme. Callum’s backstory was the front cover feature of National Residential Landlord Association’s Property Spring 2021 Magazine issue.
Lorraine Stevens – Relationship Manager
Lorraine is Montagna’s Relationship Manager, she speaks regularly with agents and investors, enjoys managing projects and has an eye for detail.
Linda Roberts – Property Sourcer
Linda is an active Sourcer for Montagna, she searches for profitable deals locally and relishes the challenge. She lives by her motto of “no two days are ever the same”.
